Postage and Packing policy

I aim to get all orders out to the relevant delivery service within 3 days however orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will be packed on the Sunday ready for posting Monday.

Please ensure you place all items you wish to purchase in your basket before paying, buying two or more items in succession will not mean an order is automatically combined at the packing stage.

There will be (for the short term at least) a flat rate post and packing charge of £6. (this can change without notice)

There is in place a minimum order of £20 excluding post and packing, this may change in time as I find a better postage pricing method. (this amount can change without notice)

It will be at my discretion to combine or send items seperately.

It will be at my discretion of what size of parcel or packaging to use.

All live plants and substrates will be sent 1st class Royal Mail or Royal Mail tracked 24. The intention will be the same for non perishables but there may be times at my discretion to use Royal Mail 2nd class or Royal Mail tracked 48 but only when deemed non detrimental to the non perishable items being sent or postage has become excessive.

Please allow extended delivery times around bank holidays, in a worse case scenario this could translate to 5 days dispatch and 24 to 48 hours to be delivered by the courier, typically though 4 days from purchase can be expected but some are lucky enough to get plants in 24 hours from the point of purchase.

If you have made an order and realise you will be away for the anticipated delivery day please send a message if you wish for me to hold back an order for you, I will happily do so as long as the order is not already dispatched.

If you are purchasing anything from my sales as “a gift for someone” please order in plenty of time to avoid dissapointment.

Please be rest assured that plants can be weeks in transit and still look like they were packed the same day so a few days delay should not cause alarm.
