Returns, refunds and cancellations.

We have a 14 day return policy for plants and non plant items, items are to be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you - unused/undamaged.

To be eligible for a return, your plant and items must be in the same condition that you received it, in a healthy condition. Plants received back in poor condition will not be authorised for a refund.

I the event of an agreed return the purchaser will pay the return postage fees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item/s, is/are in poor health or the wrong item or items, a reasonable photograph will be required upon first contact.

 

Refunds

Once items are deemed to be damaged, lost or an order is in error we will discuss a suitable full or partial refund or replacement, again a photograph will be very helpful where appropriate. If one or two older leaves have declined in the post and I am confident that the plant is in overall good health I may advise on this as opposed to a refund but I deal with issues on a one to one basis in a reasonable and fair manner.

Cancellations

If you wish for any reason to cancel your order then please get in touch immediately as an order can only be cancelled if the item or items have not been posted, after dispatch cancellations cannot be excepted.

 

There will be no claim upon Carnivorian for plants that have been potted on or the purchaser has had ownership of for more than 48 hours unless it can be established that the plant arrived in ill health, in this circumstance contact should be made in 24 hours with a clear photograph as a precursor to a further decline in health if not already in agreement for a refund. I shall not be held responsible for media, soils or any substrate other than supplied by Carnivorian although incorrect watering methods, adverse conditions, fertilising and location are not in my control thus I shall not be held accountable. Advice given on this website is advisory only and not a guarantee of success so always do additional research before purchasing plants.
